Refund policy


We have a 24-hour refund policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your order to request a refund. This is due to the fact that we sell perishable goods.

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to have photographic evidence of the issue you have with your item. This photo must be sent to our email,, along with your formal complaint. 

Once we have received and gone over your claim, you will be notified via email. If the company has approved your request for a refund, your account will be credited. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Upon delivery, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
