We have a 24-hour refund policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your order to request a refund. This is due to the fact that we sell perishable goods.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to have photographic evidence of the issue you have with your item. This photo must be sent to our email, email@example.com, along with your formal complaint.
Once we have received and gone over your claim, you will be notified via email. If the company has approved your request for a refund, your account will be credited. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
